CPU cooler

I'm looking for a AIO cooler that could out perform the Cooler master hyper 212 evo

But doesn't break the 100$ budget.. Of that's even possible.

I'm currently looking at the DEEPCOOL GAMER STORM CAPTAIN 120EX.

Any other suggestions?

Asus z170 ar

Asus gtx 970 turbo

While the 212 is a fantastic cooler for its price, any half decent AIO should easily be able to beat it.

Go to google, type "NZXT KRAKEN X31 Review" (or whatever cooler you are looking at)

Then you will find tons of reviews of that cooler, along with comparisons to other coolers that that site has tested. (sites like Toms Hardware and kit guru are great for this stuff, but there are tons of other good sites as well)

You will find that far more useful than asking on a forum about info on coolers one by one.
