NZXT Hue+ issues

Hello guys,

I have bought a Hue+ and I have 3 strips set up in my case. All of them work except for when I select the marquee or covering marquee preset... Just one of them lights up, any advice? All other presets work in great sync across the 3 strips other than that. I have tried re-installing the CAM software and well I could try a firmware flash of the actual Hue+ like it did the first time I powered it on but someone will have to tell me how to do that. It was automatically triggered last time it happened
