Recently I've been having this strange issue where windows 10 just does weird things, and it happens randomly without me doing anything. Here's a youtube video I uploaded showing some of my problems that occur. https://youtu.be/nR9m1hxhedU

Not really sure how to even try and fix this issue, the only way to get rid of it, is to sign out, or restart my pc. Also, usually when this happens, I can not open task view by clicking it, but in the video I could for some reason.

Double check and make sure you don't have any keys or mouse buttons stuck down.

I have checked and there is not, it seems to be a software issue as logging out, or restarting my pc fixes the issues.

Then it comes back? Run Command Prompt as Administrator and run these commands.

SFC /Scannow

and

DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Those will check for errors and attempt to repair them. Also try updating to latest graphics drivers.

It won't come back immediately, but it will come back at random times during the day. Trying it now.

It said it found no issues, but I ran the repair tool and it completed, although I'm not sure if it fixed my issue as it is random and does not happen when I do something in particular.
