Eyefinity question

Just a quick question for any AMD people; 

Do you need 3 1080p monitors for eyefinity and for it to work with games properly? 

 

I have 2 1080p monitors (middle and right monitors) but my left one is only 1280x1024. I am hoping games will work properly with the 3 monitors, I don't want to go out and buy another 1080p one.

As far as I know Eyefinity doesn't work with different monitor resolutions, but they may have fixed that lately...

 

Eyefinity is though kind of bad...

google is your best friend.

it's from 3 up to 6 monitors, so yes you need AT LEAST 3

edit: and they need to be the same size, so you have the choice, buy a 3d 1080p or your 2 1080p will run at lower resolutions, at best
but i just think it doesn't work with different sizes, nobody would enjoy that...

yw. you can give it a try then, however i strongly believe you will buy that 3d monitor when you have the extra cash but at least you can find out if you like gaming on 3 screens that way
