I am thinking to build new PC in near future. My goal is to have my PC as quiet as possible.

Im trying to find MOST SILENT CASES out there in 2016/2017, price and types doesn't matter just really trying to find most silent PC cases.

!!!!!Please!!!!!- do not comment about LOOKS or FEATURES and do not guess because there are plenty of silent pc cases and im looking really for the most silent ones I would really appropriate comments based on technical information or someone who had lots of experiences with different cases.

Again silence is most important, so if anyone is searching for similar information they would not have to read your opinions on looks and features

And do not recommend how to optimise PC build I will have a different forum for that.

Thank you all of you

Agreed. Bitwit has a video on the "Silent Night" build. Maybe the OP should look that one up.

Better dead than Red.

I know they are expensive but how much they are like 700$? If i could get below 500$ i would consider it

I dont think you can even buy the prebuilts yet, Linus got one for review a while back but they said they were working on an upgradable just-the-case version for eventual release.

PS this is why you never say "price doesn't matter" on the internet.

Price is doesn't matter because if really i would find something that is awesome i would invest into expensive case, and for linus video as I remember it wasn't that expensive somewhere in 500-700$

Also it allows me looks for different types of solutions, maybe something can be expensive now but may soon there would be cheaper alternatives

PC cases by themselves don't really make a build quiet or loud, it's more up to what fans you're using and if you have a mechanical HD in there. Any case lined with sound dampening material should help, such as the Define R5/S. I switched from an Arc Midi R2 which is an airflow optimized case to a Define R5 and the real drastic changes came when I replaced my CPU cooler, took out my mechanical hard drive for an SSD setup, and switched GPU to a more quiet one from MSI.

Everyone thinks my PC is off when it's idle as you can't hear anything even though it sits right next to me on my desk and the only thing that really makes any audible noise is when the GPU fans start spinning under heavy loads while gaming.
