RX 470 GPU inconsistent gpu usage issue

Build:

I5-6400

Gigabyte H110M-A Micro ATX Motherboard

8gb 2133 DDR4 ram

Red Devil RX 470

450 watt 80+ Bronze EVGA PSU

 

Problem:

This is my first PC build, I dont seem to know what the problem is. I have a RX470, but it doesn't perform the same as other RX470's in the internet. I noticed that my GPU usage is all over the place same with my power wattage. I have tried to research the problem but nothing seems to help. Can someone help me troubleshoot my problem.

I agree. What drivers are you using? That's a really weird GPU usage graph

Do you have Radeon Chill enabled in the AMD Crimson settings?

Another problem I see...You are running Unigine in Windowed Mode.

 

Select Full Screen instead, and check the graphs again when the test completely finish.

 

Not Borderless. Not Windowed Mode.
