Motherboard, CPU, RAM combo

I'm helping my sister to build an entry level gaming build, and I'm having some trouble choosing parts. I have everything decided upon (Case, GPU, PSU, SSD, HDD, etc) but I still need to buy a motherboard, cpu, and ram for her system. We have a budget of about $220 for these three elements and the only other restriction is that I want to make sure she has at least 8 GB of ram. Any help would be great!

I'm not completely sure but I don't think so. She doesn't really intend to play any really demanding games, so I think it's possible to find a solution given the small budget.
