BabyCake

Yo, I just finished a Kaby Lake build on a Sugo 13. As I had ALOT of unanswered questions when I did this build, I would like to offer my experience to other people.

If you have any questions, fire away.

I have the card, do you know it's a rebranded R9 285, which is also a rebranded HD7950?? That's over 4-5 year old technology...

and that matters why? if it does good in modern games i wouldn't care if its a rebranded 660 with more vram, but i did get mine for $100

well it breaking is has nothing to do with it being a 390, all cards break. Since you got it for $130 I assume it was used so expect it to break sooner for you. ive had mine 6 months and no issues, other than the noise lol

About a week, or less than.

Why on earth would you get a R9 380?

It's didn't buy it. It came from my previous build (which I built a year ago).

I'll be upgrading the GPU when the necessity comes.

As of now I'm just playing LoL, OW, and really old single players (e.g. Mirror's Edge, Prince of Persia).

Also I'm only playing on a generic 60Hz 1080p monitor. Pretty sure the R9 380 4GB is good enough.

It's brand new, I shouldn't expect a product that is new to break.. Also, why do you keep calling it a 390?

Lol that's my phone doing it becase I type 390 more then 380 so it changes it.

Also it's a electronic. They break. You can get a DOA, it can break after a while it's all the gamble it's not 100℅ perfect all the time.

Anyone who's been around computers for a week knows that.thats why they have warrants longer then 30 days lol unless most stuff you buy
