Hello all users in this forum, my Windows Key on my laptop is not working after i make a quick restart. It works for a few second and then stop working again. However, i can use the shortcut combination (Win+L) to lock my laptop and that's it i cant use other combination such as (Win+E) to open filer explorer, or (Win+R) to open up Run. I try enable and disable the sticky key but no luck. I just bought this laptop about a week and a half ago.

Please help! Thanks in advance! :(

or maybe your registry messed it up.. somehow. Try downloading https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/keytweak/ and setting everything to default and see if that works

What kind of laptop do you have? Perhaps you have a "gaming mode" enabled, which typically disables the windows key.

I just realized that i turn off the Window button in the MSI's Dragon Center. I turn it back on and it works fine. Thank guys!
