Raid 0 boot drive and ssd cache

current pc:
-2x 256gb Samsung 840 pro in Raid 0 (as boot drive and software) (plugged into black sata ports)

-3tb hardrive (plugged into brown sata port)

- 250gb kingston v300 ssd (not in pc currently)

-sabertooth z77 motherboard

 

i want to add my Kingston v300 250gb ssd as a cache drive for the hard drive (i know that max cache is 64gb).

my question is it possible to do this with only having 2 intel 6gb sata ports on my motherboard.
