First I would flush the rads and make sure they are clean before putting it into the system to ensure there isn't going to be junk in the rad. Flushing and shaking it a dozen or so times with regular tap and with a final few rinses with distilled is a good option. As for handy tips if your just doing a CPU loop make sure to plan your tubing and to cut a little longer than needed since to get the hang of things first since you can't use the tube if it's too short.

Alright, i was also wondering about the fans. should i connect them to my fan hub which will make them go 100% or should i plug them into my fan headers on the MB?

I always recommend to go through the motherboard, if needed you can get fan splitters if you need more connections but just remember to not have too many, a good rule of thumb is no more than 3-4 depending on the fan to a header to not overload it. Most usually have a 1 amp capacity.

Alright.. so something like this would work? https://www.inet.se/produkt/6912170/ek-cable-y-splitter-3-flaktar-pwm#specs 3 pin fans work on 4 pin connectors right?

Yes that will do and you can use 3 pin fans on 4 pin headers but be sure to setup the header in the BIOS to (3 pin) DC voltage control.
