Unfortunately, like most areas of technology, motherboard product pages are full of marketing nonsense labelled things like "OC Boost XXGamingXX" that's really just a button to increase the multiplier or something. 

 

Different manufacturers use different nonsense terminology for the same feature if there's no universal standard for it (or sometimes, even if there is), so a lot of the time you just have to dig through the motherboard's specs or manual to find out what things actually do.
