So I'm trying to install my GTX 1060 drivers and it keeps saying it's not compatible with this version of Windows. Please help

Try that, make sure you select custom install and click do clean install.

Is this a new Gpu ? If so, please download DDU and follow the steps that they say so you remove any old drivers and then try to download the new drivers. Is your OS freshly installed ?
