Computer Shutdowns when playing games not overheating

Hi everyone

I'm experiencing computer shutdowns when playing games and my PC is not overheating. I've attached my log files using HWINFO.
I've done reseating ram, resetting cmos, updated bios also and checking loose cables. it only happened on games. I've also added AVR and fix our circuit breaker just incase this is fluctuation. What I have notice though is it shutdowns because of 100 CPU usage on all cores especially on watch dogs 2. Almost all high CPU usage cause the shutdowns I think and I also have this buzzing sound issue when playing audio or video. Similar to this  PC buzzing/ Lag while playing Audio/video. I don't think this is my PSU problem

Here is my Specs everything is on stock and default settings.

Intel Core i5 6600K  ASUS MAXIMUS VIII RANGER  Zotac GTX 1070 AMP! Extreme Edition  G. Skill Ripjaws

I just upgrade this last month I'm coming from i7 920 and it feels like this i5 6600k is too weak for me as it can't even handle my chrome usage Chrome Tabs

Seems like a faulty PSU. I would recommend you check the PSU voltages in AIDA64.
