Overclocking using Intel XTU

I have found a stable overclock for my i7-4790k at 4.7GHz at 1.285v using Intel XTU.  However, every time I shut down and/or restart my computer, my overclock goes away and I have to load up the profile again.  Is this normal, or am I just missing a setting somewhere?
