PC Gaming Headset Help

I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive headset to use when I'm gaming on my PC. Probably around $30 if possible.

 

I'm looking for a noise cancelling headset, red/black color (red LED's are a plus), over the ear, and it has to be comfortable when I'm wearing it. Of course it should have features like a mute button too.

 

Any recommendations please?
