damn lines on screen

so i've bin having this problem for quite some time i recorded my screen doing it when it was at it's most intense doesn't always happen just enough to annoy me

It seems for some reason your screen is also displaying this warframe thing. Is it still in RMA?

 

(lol jk idk how to fix these things, I just smack them around and sell them if that doesn't fix it)

That looks like it's artifacting where it's one of these three things:

Dying GPU

Dying display

Faulty cable/cable not correctly inserted...

it doesn't usually do it this bad and once the game is past the log in it's fine and since someone is gonna ask at some point

it also tends to do it on the desktop or any other screen it can stop for hours then do it never on any game once it's completely open
