Microsoft Office Gone

Hi guys after i reset my windows 10 PC my Microsoft Office on my other HDD went like this. anyone how to fix this?

Reinstall fix that problem after i upgrade from window 8 to window 10.

You reset your windows, by doing that you also reset your registry, to fix it just reinstall the program like @MrUnkownEMC said

Which version of office are you running? Is like education version or consumer version. Just install again in different directory or same one.
