Faster speeds more problems?

So i wanna upgrade my storage,

i am looking for about 500Gb of new fast storage now i saw an ssd of 500Gb for around 150Pound

also i saw an 128 gb ssd for 40 pound what about forgetting about that 10 pound diffrents

and putting 4 128 gb ssd`s in raid 0 is that an geniuws idea for over 2000MB/s write speed or just stupid and unstable ?

 

(both drives were 500MB/s Read / Write)
