I`m trying to overclock the fx9590 but at 5 ghz bost clock under load my pc get frozen idle no problem

under load freze whats wrong

The fx 9590 is a tricky CPU considering  it's already at a really high wattage and voltage what voltage are you trying it at

no point. its already at its max at stock

The max clock out of box is 5ghz when i set to 5Ghz Freze

For that specific CPU give me some decimals.MAx safe is probaly around 1.56v and it's stock is around 1.525 and that's already pretty high

It's probaly crashing becasue of Prime95

AIDA64 mate use the free trial.Prime95 is likely to burn down your pc  and crash it.Try gaming on it does it crash or any real load

Just do not overclock the FX-9590 you need to go at least 3 decimals to safely overclock it and that cpu cannot go past 1.56v

At last resort just turn off turbo but before that you can try turning off some power saving features such as cool n quiet.Also you should try a BIOS update

turbo option in bios is off bios is up to date and voltage between 1,500V and 1,488V

Did you just turn off turbo mode becasue if turbo is of fthen it shoudn't be hitting 5ghz at all

i turn off turbo and set the clock speed munal at 5ghz
