Why just those two options? You can order parts separately.... That said, I would choose the EK block, monsoon fittings, primochill tubing, and the EX rads are fine. Also, get a D5 vario

From experience, Monsoon fittings have problems with certain tubing, Primochill being one of them. They stick to the tubing and are very hard to tighten. I'm using them in my Prodigy build in my sig but won't be using them again.

 

I recommend Bitspower compressions above all else.

In saying that, what tubing would you recommend to use with monsoon fittings? I got them second hand but don't have tubing yet (among other things). Was planning to go with the purple PrimoFlex Adv LRT (expensive to ship here from FrozenCPU though)

I've only ever used Primochill tubing so I can't give any recommendations for use with Monsoon fittings. I have read that Tygon and Masterkleer tubing work well though.
