Noobi3
Go to solution Solved by Noobi3,

Thanks i got it. Did some research on KVM and it kinda answers my question . I also did a deep search and found out he was using thunderbolt (i didnt know about it that time).

Seen your video inside server room in ur new office where u mount a monitor to the wall and all, at the end you were showing a monitor attached to your server and u explained how are connections are done. I didnt understand most of that part , so the CPU is away inside the server room and monitor, keyboard, mouse is connected to it and some other things too. So how did u do it?. Whats the name of the device and what are components needed.

Don't know what video you're referring to, but my guess is that he has the server in the room, and then outside the room he has a KVM switch that lets him use one set of keyboard/mouse/monitor to control several computers.

Are you talking about how Linus used one mouse/keyboard/monitor to control sever servers in his server room without replacing things? If so, you are looking for a KVM. There are plenty around, so you can get the one that best fits your needs.

It's all in the same room, but you are correct.
