Fresh build 2017

Good day guys! Im rebuilding my pc this 2017 and I have already some parts laying around for me to use. I want this new build to be used for games / multitasking. Can you suggest what processor, cooler, gpu should I get? Budget is around $600 or 30,000 Philipine Pesos. Im kinda leaning on a i5-6500 / 6600 and a Gtx 1050ti or i7-6700 then a used Gtx 970 and no ideas right now on a cooler. The theme will be Red and Black. Thanks Guys!

Buy core i7 6700(k) <- if u want over clock K version

Buy used MSI GeForce GTX 970 if u want better graphics u can always buy another one in SLI an if u want red black (just like me)

Buy:

MSI Core Frozr

Or

Nzxt x31 or x32 (customizable LED)

yeah im kinda leaning on that 6700K if ever i want to upgrade my board to a z170N. Also which is much better tho? Asus Strix 970 or Msi 970?

if you want to upgrade get a GTX 1060 6gb, or GTX 1070. 970 is not a good idea unless you are buying used and get one for less than the price of a GTX 1060.

telling him to get an overclockable CPU is pointless unless he buys the motherboard to go with it, and a i7 6700k + GTX 970 doesnt make sense. You'd want a better GPU.

i had an MSI geforce gtx 970 and an asus edition but with gaming on the msi i always had 2-3 fps more

2-3 FPS is nothing to pick a certain card over. you could overclock with the asus card and get just as much.

I have a $600 budget on hand can you help me on choosing on parts. Here are the parts on my mind.

 

i5-6600k + 1050ti + H100i / Kraken X52 

i7-6700 (used) + 1050ti + H100i / Kraken X52

 

I want to go kabylake but i dont jave a processor to have my boards bios updated but the shop can do it for me same time when im gonna buy my kabylake processor if ever. Also I have already some parts ready and processor, cooler , graphics card is the only missing piece. 

 

The parts already on hand. 

Gigabyte H110N (soon to be upgraded on the road)

16GB Ram

128gb ssd

1tb hdd

Seasonic 620w

Phanteks evolv itx

I7 6700 would be a better choice and skip the aio cpu cooler to get a GTX1060. With the 6700, the mobo would not need to be changed out for overclocking. The aio water cooler isn't required since the 6700 can't be overclock , a decent air cooler would do the job.

i could get a used 6700 for around $240 then 1050ti combo with h100i you know just for looks tho haha.

used 6700 is a good idea, but getting a sexy hsf cooler like the cryorig h7 and maybe get a 1060 is a better choice to make imo

update i just picked up a i5-6600 and thinking of pairing it to a 1050ti im gonna be playing forza horizon 3, dota 2, csgo, and some latest games most of the time will i get atleast 60fps in 1080p on this setup

i just picked up a i5-660 instead hehe 

i just have $300 left for a cooler and a gpu im thinking a low profile cooler then 1050ti?
