iphone 6 storage problem?? help???

my brother downloaded a bunch of songs from itunes to his iphone 6 but they didn't download correctly and aren't showing up on his phone.

to make things worse his iphone now says that 11 gb of storage is being used while it only has about 2 gb actually being used looking at his storage.

 

 

my guess that the songs actually downloaded but are somewhere in his phone and cant find the files

 

any suggestions?

Can you delete the songs and re-download them or is that not an option.

Try plugging the phone into iTunes and seeing if you can delete songs or wipe them or something.
