Windows 10 BSoD

My PC has blue screened around 5 times in the past month. Twice today. I have no clue why either. How it happened today was I minimized steam and went to open chrome up then the BSOD popped up. "Your PC has run into a problem, We are collecting information and going to restart your PC." It gets to 100% the freezes and doesn't do anything. The way I have to restart my PC is to hit the turn off switch on my PSU. I hate doing that. The only thing that it really gives me is at the bottom of the screen it says. Stop Code: Bad Pool Header. Any question about my PC I will be happy to answer.
