It does sound like a PSU fault. Do you have a spare PSU you can test to confirm it is the PSU?

No I don't , Should I take it out & try testing it with a paper clip? & if its fault in the power supply do you suggest repairing it or replacing it  cause where I am from repairing is cheap asf

Try testing it with the paperclip. Have you had the PSU repaired before? If you have multiple times its probably time to replace it, but if it's the first time you've had a fault,  get it repaired. You can get fairly decent PSU's for not too much online if you look in the right places.

No I have never gotten it repaired  although the warranty seal on it was already broken meaning somebody opened it before  & people only open PSUs when there is a fault since its second hand / used I don't know its previous history  , All my friends told me its best to replace the psu  other then repairing  it cause  things break down when their life is over , I found an ad on Olx of a person selling Cooler master G750M  for a reasonable price  & hes from my city should I get that psu? my friend told me its a tier 3 psu its not that good  but not bad either but since I don't overclock or do SLI/Crossfire do you think I should be fine?

It's not a bad PSU, just check it has enough wattage for your build on a PSU calculator. If it's a reasonable price compared to other prices you have seen, go for it.

I've replaced it with Seasonic 620watts 80+bronze M12II & my pc works now :D so it was the psu's fault after all , by the way  is it possible to use another psu's modular cable with another modular psu? because  my friend has Silverstone 750watts ( SST-ST75F) & he has 1x6 & 1x6+2  but the specs on  the official site says it has 4x6 pin connectors so I asked him how he end up with 1x6 & 1x6+2  he said cause cables are missing & hes using a different psu's modular cable

You should be able to,  just do a quick google search before trying.

Also, Good to hear that your PC is working again.

Yep its possible cause I used another psu's molex modular cable on my psu and it worked , a friend of mine told me its not good to use  a different psu's modular cable on a different psu saying it can damage the psu  but I think that would only happen if the voltage of the cables was different than the orginal cable only reason I needed molex connector was cause I use my fans off it via a 3pin to molex adapter   , fans don't require a lot of power so I should be good & as far as for my old psu I got it fixed too I might keep it or sell it :D
