NCIX US?

If the tracker that NCIX US has on their site for an order says that everything has been processed or approved, usually how long does it take for to be shipped?

 

I did order it last Friday 31/Dec/16 so the weekend might delay it, not sure if new years day observed would maybe cause further delay. I've heard a mixed opinion towards NCIX US shipping.
