Pc not connecting

Hi.

 

Mi friend has a problem with his pc. When he turn on his PC there is no connection to the monitor and his Mouse and Keyboard. 

Yesterday he cleaned his pc with som compressed air and now it is not working. 

His ethernet cable is not lighting so maybe it is the motherboard there i not working.

Is it even turning on? Are the fans spinning/any lights etc.

Laptop: Thinkpad T450s / i7-5600U / 12GB / 860 EVO 500GB
