I'm putting together a PC for heavy web browsing, computer programming, and HD video viewing. I put a list on Amazon so if anyone could take a look and recommend something else or give feedback that'd be great. I'd also like the ability to add a graphics card in the future, so a recommend GPU would be nice too.

yea it wont work DDR3 RAM with a ddr4 mothboard

could you make this build next time through http://pcpartpicker.com/ ?

 

my recomendation is to change that psu and get seasonic s12ii, cx 450m or from this list (from tier 1 to tier 3) also you could get a Z board for that price and the ram must be ddr4 as like they said.
