gpu information showing wrong also drivers cant be installed on switchable hd7730m

Hey guys happy new year, its my first post.

As mentioned, i own inspiron 15r se 7520(intel hd 4000/radeon hd7730m 2Gb) with latest bios updated, now few times ago i used to play gta 5 medium to high settings, skyrim very fluently but since my hd is corrupted i changed it with seagate st1000lm048 and installed all software and drivers. Now when im installing the same intel hd drivers from intel site its restarts fine all ok but, when it comes to radeon drivers which are non whql from amd official, i get errors while installing like stuck in a driver BSOD shit, critical process died also there is showing 7750m in hwinfo summary in the pic, never used hwinfo before

If anyone facing the same problem with switchable graphics with switchable GCN 7730m core with radeon crimson or crimson relive edition drivers, please reply. this blue screen is sucking all the juice in my life, so please reply as soon as possible.
