USB not working *HELP*

So today I booted up my pc and to my surprise neither my mouse nor keyboard booted up.. long story short I narrowed the issue down to my USB slots by working I have around 6 in my case and none of them work. Plugging in my keyboard makes it light up so I know they are not dead but the system just won't recognize anything  I plug in. I can access the bios but can't do anything so going to devices manager etc is impossible. I'm pretty sure the error stems from last night when I plugged in my iPhone to my pc and it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. Any replys would be really helpfully just want to get this thing going again thanks

Quick note the motherboard is less than 2 weeks old and would hate to have to replace it
