Sound Lag

Ok, so my computer specs are in my profile, but my problem is that while I'm playing games (old or new titles) I get micro freezes, like less than a second. I usually notice that I happens when a sound is played. Ive went into my device manager, updated drivers, disabled everything under the Sound ( including the NVIDIA High Def audio from the HDMI ). Even in games like CS:GO I get the menu sound freeze and stutters. Any ideas? Ill post anything that you need to help me fix this issue.
