G430 problems

so i got my logitech g430 headset only a few months back and the other day i noticed the game sorta glitched out a big as if i unplugged my headset, which didnt happen. I play overwatch on pc and ive been noticing i couldnt hear people shooting me and stuff. Ive worked out that anything behind me i cant hear. So when people come up behind me and start shooting, all i see is my health bar going down and no sound.

 

What ive tried.

Turning on and off surround sound in logitech gaming software

unplugging it and plugging it back in
