Need Help with a audio setup

So Im getting into streaming and youtube more and am looking for a good audio setup. 

My budget is around 80-100 dollars preferably lower! 

 

The only real backround noise is my pc So am not sure if i should go with a dynamic or not. 

Please leave suggestions and inlcude things like the boom arm and mixers etc as im completely new to the audio game

What are your inputs? Are you looking for a usb mic or do you need an audio interface? What about speakers?

I have a wireless corsair void headset so dont really want speakers and as for the mid i would prefer usb but if i could get an audio interface for same price i would take a look!
