HDD Deleted Reserved System Partition

My hard drive was behaving abnormally. So I went to reinstall Win 7. I accidentally deleted the Reserved System Partition. The drive is no longer recognized. When plugged into USB via adapter it also is not recognized. No longer bootable. But when plugged into the primary HDD location from the Mother Board it spins, but does show any signs of life. How do I recover the Reserved System partition? Is there any hope?
