Am i using 64 bit java in minecraft ?

From This forum thread a few members say you should install that mod last.
Another suggestion I might add is try playing without it. If it only increases performance, and allows you to zoom in, try uninstalling it. Just see if that does anything to better your performance. Sometimes in rare cases "Performance enhancers" can inhibit performance.

I have played without it and my performance is worse without it

Razer has some sort of performance enhancing software as well. In addition I heard Windows 10 is releasing a gaming update that should help improve gaming performance.
Maybe try those. If that doesn't work I just suppose you'd have to lower settings down a bit.

Make sure you are using the dedicated graphics card and not integrated. Can you post a screenshot of your F3 screen?

As you can see im not using my intel hd graphics and i have also tried to allocate more  ram into  the game but it doesnt  help
