AR Sandbox PC

Where I work would like to get a AR sandbox just for fun. Since im in charge of IT that would be my thing. What PC would you guys throw together for one? Im thinking something with a i5-6500 and a EVGA GTX 1060 3Gb (Single fan).

What other specs would you use? What case? I would like it to be small but it doesn't need to be
