GTA V ScriptHookV Problems

Hey guys, so I want to mod singleplayer Grand theft auto 5 but I am having problems doing so, nothing online has proper guides on how to so can I have help? this is what I need

 

I want to install A long winter mod, after us mod, abandoned los santos mod, after us rodeo mod, and backpack mod. I heard I need ScriptHookV. Also I am going to make a 2nd game directory for the mod. Please tell me what to do. I need the game to play in offline mode also so I do not get banned, and I don't want it to reinstall the game. I do also have OpenIV installed. I will give the links to the mod.
