any board will do that fine... any z170 i mean... jsut take one that fits ur $$$ range and ur needs...

i've oc my 6700k to 4.5 and it runs just fine, in cinebench cpu benchmark i get score of 990 with 4.5 ghz, and i get a score of 1030 @ 4.6 ghz,

For me, the voltage needed to reach a stable 4.6 was gettin my temperature over 80c so i decided to leave it at 4.5 ghz for temps under 75...

The performance between 4.5 and 4.6 is so small that i feel its not worth if your temps goes too high

thanks, hows the build quality of the g1 gaming, anything to note

Nowadays, i believe the known trademarks like asus, msi, gigabyte, asrock etc.... have all proof in the past that they are solid builder..

You might wanna do some google search about the product you want to buy to see if theres any issues reported, but to be honest, i feel like they are all very reliable now.

i personnaly like asus and gigabyte
