hi guys can u help please

so i build a new pc from scratch and at this poit im lost i dont know what to do i have windows 7 on my flash drive and have set boot settings to e 

uefi only since there are only three options uefy only legacy only andisable i have set sata configuration on AHCI

 

so basically when i boot up to install windows it gives me a screen and asks to install drivers how do i install them without os

Download them on from their respective websites from another PC,copy them to a USB and plug the USB in

It looks like it's stating that a "CD/DVD drive" device driver is missing. Try unplugging the power/sata connection from your drive and see if the error still occurs.

I'm pretty sure it means that he needs to put the driver installation disc or a usb with the drivers on the PC pretty sure you can boot without a usable CD/DVD drive.

i tied unplugging it doesnt work ill now try to download drivers on anoter flash drive since i have windows on this one

i came upon another problem i downloaed f6flpy 65 on my another flash drive and it doesnt seem to read it 

 

win 7 flash drive plugged into usb 3.0

and driver flash drive plugged into 2.0 since when i tried to plug it in 3.0 it didnt read

i havent seen drivers be an issue in years. the only occurance i had was some absolutely stupid hardware.

that said, i think this is an "issue in layer 8" where OP missed some detail somewhere, or used a bad windows 7 image.

 

@Kala what's the specs of this machine? also, try to stay away from USB3.0 for installing, it's still a bit flaky at times.

gtx 1070 amp extreme i7 6700k 250gb ssd  850 samsung 

1tb wd 650 watt supply

one of your screenshots in the bios shows that all the sata ports are empty, are you sure these are plugged in properly?

yes they are they show up in boot section those are raid options i havent set it up idk

set your bios to default, plug the SSD into sata port 1, plug the HDD into sata port 2. (the numbering should be either on the mobo or in the mobo manual)

 

i bet doing it the good old carey holzman way will make it work

omg i think u just saved my life i put in win 10 since you mentioned win problem no errors so far
