HELP (Amazon refunding email)

I was on the phone with Amazon customer service to get refund for a product which never turned up and he said he will send me a confirmation email shortly I was just wondering how long would the confirmation email take to come through, also because I've had loads of problems with the product would it be okay for me to go down to a store to buy that product again before I get the confirmation email for the refund or should I wait ? 

 

Help would be appreciated :)

I've never had Amazon fuck me out of 500+ orders in the last few years (yeah, I buy a lot of shit from Amazon), you should be good.

yeah the parcel was from amazon its self but i just havent got a confirmation email for the refund yet and its been half an hour, usually it comes through in around 0-5 mins

i already have a pc and its not $400 its 250, oh and i still love pc i just brought a console ready for rdr2 and i prefer to play racing games on console and i got like 20 mates on there i havent spoke to in a while
