Some questions about overclocking...

So I really want to learn how to overclock, so I decided to use my old PC to learn some things, So later i can try it with my current PC, So I read some articles on the internet and now I am with these doubts

 

This is the PC that im using
AMD Phenom x6 1055t with a Coolermaster V6
Asus m4a88t-v evo
2x4gb Corsair Dominator 1333mhz
AMD 7990
XFX 650w PRO

 

So I went to the bios and set it up this way
Ai overclock tunner - manual  (Obviously xD)
CPU Ratio               - 14.0
AMD Turbo Core Tecnology - Disable
CPU Bus frequency - 272
PCI E - 100
DRAM frequency - 1055mhz (something arround there)
CPU/NB frequency - auto
HT Link Speed - auto
CPU Voltage - 1.42 (Something arround there)
CPU/NB - auto
DRAM Voltage - 1.65

 

And im getting this when i run Prime95 x64 in blend test

 

 

And my concern is that I dont know why but the voltage is at 1.5v (and that is actually the max voltage for this cpu) That's why I'm not even trying to see if overclock is stable

 

Can you guys please help me to know what I did wrong, what I didnt did or if that is just normal?
