What ssd to get?

I'm looking at spending a max of $100 USD to get a new SSD. Any form factor Is  acceptable (M.2, PCI, 2.5, etc.)

The 250GB Samsung 850 EVO is about $90. Not a bad choice. The M.2 version of that drive is identical in spec.
