Controller good, damaged port?

there are 8 tiny copper connectors in there if you bend one of them good luck

Simply put, did I damage the physical port of my NIC while the 'controller' remains perfectly fine?

Was rerouting my Ethernet cable across my basement and when I pulled my PC forward to reinsert cable, the power cable pulled from PSU. Upon reboot, no network. After buying a new cable, (previous was OLD 50 footer) and then testing with a spare router & 2' cable, the port itself seems bad.

The BIOS and windows both show the killer NIC as there & working properly, but it's "disconnected." No lights, nothing on router either. I used my air can to make sure nothing was jammed inside it too...

Any advice?

MSI Z97M gaming with Killer NIC using basic 'driver only' from MSI on Win10 x64 Pro.
