Are you noticing any bottlenecks in games that require CPU horsepower?

It is quite the old CPU and it doesnt seem to be an optimal choice, even for medium tier gaming. Depends on what youll be using it for, given the GPU isnt exactly meant for 1080p high settings, but medium on demanding titles.

You shouldn't have any issues, but can you buy a 460?

It is fine. You might want to change it in the future when you get a new GPU.

I have more dedocated WAM than you on my Minecraft server!

I would keep the system you have for awhile. Zen and Kaby Lake will hopefully be competitive in price.
