My friend was looking to join the pc master race, and wanted me to make him a $500 budget build. The budget included all of the peripherals he'll need, so the parts are really on a $400 budget. Can I have some thoughts/opinions of this list?

Also, I know the peripherals suck, but I mean, that's what you have to sacrifice for performance.

One thing you forgot, unless you already have it is a Operating System.

It's already in the list, I'm buying it off kinguin because there is no way I'm buying it full price on this budget.

Woah, hold on there, this is a $500 budget. I already went $40 over, and I'm not looking for ways to go over even more. Is there any way you could either make it cheaper or give suggestions of what to change?

I did that, but then it is still $60 over budget and the monitor is gone.

I get you are trying to help, but you are sacrificing some things like the monitor which will probably be kept the longest out of everything. I might stick with the original build, but thanks so much for you help and feedback.
