If you buy from Amazon Australia and other local stores shipping costs should be as standard, nothing extra.

I would also consider getting a board with 4 RAM slots since that would allow you to get 2*8GB sticks to get the extra bandwith. Some games like the Witcher 3 do benefit from that.

 

May also want to consider the RX 470 if you can afford, it's quite powerful for its price.
