Hi everyone, I'm planning to buy all my parts tomorrow from Microcenter, Amazon, and Newegg. I would like your opinions on my choice of parts.
1. Budget

I would like to spend a max of $1500 dollars but I am willing to go a couple bucks over.

2. Aim

A computer that will last a couple of years with room to upgrade.

Has the ability to game, edit movies, and 3D animation at full 1920 by 1080p or 4k in the future.

3. Monitors

Need help with this. I would like FULL HD ISP monitor with at least 60hz under $200 preferably from LG or ASUS. The price of the monitor is SEPARATE from the total price of the computer budget. (Late Christmas gift from family)

4. Peripherals

Wifi Card and Bluetooth

5. Why are you upgrading?

My Lenovo Laptop bricked and I'm now using an old MacBook.

Very good, I'd spend the extra I think $30 on a crucial MX300 525GB. Otherwise perfectly fine.

pretty solid, however if you do video editing/ 3D animation and rendering your gonna lose that 1tb harddrive SUPER Quick.

also might be worth waiting for Zen to come out, might drive intel's prices down

I can't deal with this MacBook anymore. I miss Windows.
