Terrible noise...

Alright guys so I got an exhaust for my car and it has a buzzing sound... The heat shield is vibrating I think this might be what is causing it but maybe not because it is coming out of the exhaust. I don't really understand this because I watched videos of people with the exact same car and the same exhaust.
