Reasonable fan usage and temp?

So I'm not the smartest when it comes whats an okay cpu/gpu temps and fan usages so this might be a stupid question.

But when I'm playing Overwatch (Max settings) and i usually get 41% fan usage with about 68 C temps for my GPU wiht 100% usage.

Is this normal for temp and fan usage?

GPU is GTX 970 Asus Strix
